300 gr onions
300 gr carrots
200 gr red beet
200 gr pastenaki
garlic, herbs, salt & pepper

500 gr potatoes

In this case my mom aka Speedy Kostovskaya makes the best cold soup ever, a religion for the Bulgarians in the summer - the TARATOR. You want to try it?! All you need is cucumber, little garlic, fresh dill, good yogurt, smashed walnuts and 2 minutes to prepaire it...  Добър апетит!
